PRODUCT OVERVIEW

ALL PROGRESS TAKES PLACE OUTSIDE THE OLD AND COMFORT ZONE

Bio-soluble Fiber Inorganic Board

Unlike existing insulation boards, it was manufactured to minimize health problems by using water-soluble fibers so that even if absorbed by the human body, it can be discharged out of the body. It is an insulation board that does not require secondary calcination, when used, does not emit smoke when exposed to high temperatures or flames, and has excellent mechanical and chemical resistance properties.

MERIT
  • - no smoke, no smell, No-organic binders
  • - High resistance to thermal shock and spalling
  • - Low thermal conductivity and minimal heat storage
  • - Improving mechanical properties
  • - Flexible shape capability
  • - Light weight
  • - Low shrinkage
  • - Soluble, being smoothly discharged even if it is absorbed into the human body

Bio-soluble Fiber Inorganic Board

the differences of inorganic board and traditional board

  • 1. material : binders of board, inorganic silica binder, not traditional organic starch binder
  • 2. testing performance : it does not smoke and become black at high temperature or fire
  • 3. lower thermal conductivity, inorganic board thermal conductivity is much lower
  • 4. higher mechanical strength, inorganic board strength will be higher at high temperature. traditional board strength will be loose after sintering.

APPLICATION
